Habits
Build small, trackable habits that ladder up to a client's goals — backed by the evidence.
Habits are the small, repeatable behaviours that move a goal forward. Open Habits from the left navigation.
How habits connect to goals
Every habit in Kreedo maps to a goal KPI — there are no orphan habits. The habit is the day-to-day action; the KPI it serves is how that action is measured against the goal. This keeps the daily work and the outcome on the same thread.
Pick a habit
Choose from the habit library or define your own, then attach it to the KPI it supports.
Track completion
Mark a habit done as you do it. Completion is shown honestly over time — no shaming, and a miss carries no penalty.
Backed by science
Habits and their templates carry an evidence layer. Where a habit is grounded in published research, a Backed by science panel links the studies behind it, so the recommendation is transparent rather than a black box.
Note
Because every habit serves a KPI, the studies behind your habits are also the evidence underpinning the goals they feed.
Tip
Stack a new habit onto an existing routine — attaching it to something you already do reliably is one of the most durable ways to make it stick.
