What you'll learn
Start a workout
Open Workouts and create a new one. A workout is a single session you'll build up and reuse.
Add exercises
Pull exercises from your library into the workout and set their sets, reps, and targets.
Assign it
From a client's profile, assign the workout — it appears in their Train surface right away.
