How Kreedo is laid out
Your surfaces live in the left navigation — day-to-day work at the top, with Tools & Resources and Help further down.
Coach vs. client
A coach gets a roster and authoring tools; a client (or a solo, self-coaching user) gets goals, habits, tracking, and whatever their coach assigns.
Where to begin
Coaches: add your first client and build something to assign. Solo users: set a goal and connect a wearable.
